We will mix together a custom blend of essential oils that can help with their hair and scalp needs along with providing the Japanese Headspa Treatment. Serene Skin & Scalp Studio Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed for services and products offered at Serene Skin & Scalp Studio, including our Japanese Headspa treatments. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

2. Validity: Our gift cards are valid for a period of 24 Months from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be extended or redeemed.

3. Booking: Services are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time, mentioning the use of a gift card at the time of booking.

4. Balance and Refills: Gift cards are issued in fixed amounts. They cannot be refilled, but additional gift cards can be purchased. The balance can be checked by contacting Serene Skin & Scalp Studio directly.

5. Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. This includes any unused balance on the card.

6. Transferability: Gift cards are transferable and may be used by someone other than the purchaser or the original recipient. However, they cannot be resold or redeemed for cash.

7. Loss or Theft: Serene Skin & Scalp Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat gift cards like cash.

8. Cancellation Policy: If a booking made using a gift card is cancelled in accordance with Serene Skin & Scalp Studio's cancellation policy, the use of the gift card for that booking will be reinstated. However, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.

9. Changes to Terms: Serene Skin & Scalp Studio reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time without prior notice.
